District 78 (it’s more than a number) includes Pulaski and Saline County, with neighborhoods in West Little Rock, Chenal Valley Country Club, Wildwood Park, Rattlesnake Ridge, Shady Grove, Twin Springs, Spring Valley, Congo, Avilla, Ferndale, Roland, Waterview, Lakeview West, Natural Steps, Lake Maumelle, Monnie Springs, and Little Italy.
District 78 is the most gorgeous and welcoming place in all of Arkansas— that’s why my wife Suzanne and I built our life together right here in God’s country. I see the promise here everyday as a husband, a father and an attorney, and I know we need a true public servant in the State House to help deliver that promise.
